This Mountain Mike's has been under new ownership for a little while now, and their pizza is legitness now. The former owners tended to be a tad grumpy at times, but the new ones are sweet, accommodating, have awesome deals and coupons, and deliver to our address in downtown. Whoa.
Their pizza is served hot, with fresh ingredients, and pretty speedy. Talk about love at first bite. -

Terrible experience. Don't come here. Came for lunch during the week at 12:30. Pizza buffet comes with salad, pizza and soda for just under $10. First plate of pizza and salad were good. Pizza wasn't too fresh, but ok. I went up for a second plate and there were out of pizza. I also asked for breadsticks as they were not out, and they said it would be 8 minutes.
They finally brought out fresh pizza 40 minutes after I arrived (I would guess an hour between the other buffet pizza). I can confirm this as I know what time I paid with Apple Pay. It took 30 minutes for the breadsticks.
Only 6 people eating buffet while I was there. And 3 others ordered a single pizza. Not sure why they couldn't keep up. I counted 4 employees working. I worked in a pizza restaurant for years and we never ran out on buffet.
Make sure to check out the salad buffet full of canned vegetables and bucket of bright pink fake bacon bits. -

Came here a few times to stress eat after not getting a dog lol. The service was okay but the pizza was good! We got the snowy alps & garlic bread. The garlic bread doesn't look like the one on the menu but still tasted good. Garlic bread didn't come with any sauces although it needed some & they charge for sauces- $0.50 each.

I haven't been into this particular Mountain Mike's location since 2012 when Jasmine the evil woman was running this place to the ground.
I had a girl's softball after last game of season party there 2012. I planned this out about a month in advance. As the one week mark of our reservations were closing in, certain parents, etc were changing one pizza order to something different via email to me. Yup, not only was I handling a large team as head coach, but: emails, calls to Mt. Mikes, setting it all up, making sure all I did was perfect and organized, etc. I called Mt. Mikes talked to Jasmine to inform her of the pizza change. She had some horrific responses to my professional plenty of time notification phone call of the pizza change. She got attitudy with me and saying things like: "Who do you think you are the President of the United States?" WTF?
It was too late to change location, plus this Mt. Mikes is right next to the field my team was playing on.
It went OK and her CS was a bit subpar.
I went in there on a whim a few years later, Jasmine, unfortunately, still there. When I got home with a pizza to go, no sauce at all on the pizza. I called and spoke to Jasmine and she acted like that wasn't possible and to bring the pizza back in. Too late. This was intentional.
Two weeks ago (early July 2019) I went into this location (saw months prior to signs that there was new ownership). I walked in and two guys eating last of their pizza and not busy at all. I was at the counter about to order and the phone rings. The employee there went on and on and on with whomever was on the phone. I shouldn't have to tell the employee that he should've put the phone order on hold and deal with a walk in that was there long before the call. On and on they kept talking. Learn how to multi task, it isn't that hard.
I walked out and will never go back. -

Hot, fresh and yummy pizza. Courteous and prompt service. I recommend the place.
I wish it was cheaper.
